Delivery Area

We ship within the Republic of Slovenia and internationally.

Shipping Method

Orders within Slovenia are shipped via Pošta Slovenije, while international orders are shipped via international delivery providers.

Order Processing

Orders (excluding made-to-order items) are processed and dispatched on the same or the next business day after order confirmation.

For made-to-order items, processing times may be longer. You will be informed about the estimated production and delivery time when placing your order.

Delivery Time

• Slovenia: 2–3 business days from dispatch
• International: 3–10 business days (depending on the destination country)

Shipping Costs

• Slovenia: Free shipping
• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country

Customs and Additional Charges

For international shipments, additional charges (such as customs duties, VAT, or import taxes) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
